Configuration II
Main Machine
Equip with 40D series of high efficiency single screw extruder, highly efficient, stable and good manipulation.
Internal layer extrusion equips with LSS80-40D, outer layer extrusion equips with LSS50-40D: extrusion output up to 1200 kg/h, optimized screw structure to make the material plasticized and fully mixed, and the mechanical energy is reasonably converted to heat energy, output is linear and stable.
Adopt high efficiency frequency conversion motor, the efficiency is up to 95.1%.
Imported precision vertical reducer, mute, high efficient, adopt SKF bearings and Japanese oil seal;
Precise integrated gravity weighing control system,it can monitor the output of extruders in real time,choose output control or weight control mode, reduce the floating of product weight value, facilitate the establishment of production process and reduce production costs.
Adopt PROFINET bus communication control, equipped with 12" color touch screen, button icon, intuitive and easy to understand;
The whole line adopts PS high cabinet, separated layout of strong power and weak power, reduce interference,top air-exhaust uses with industrial air-condition leads to good cooling effect;
Die
The die adopts double-layer spiral die body, and the thickness of outer and inner layer can be adjusted. It can realize the regulation range of outer-layer 22.5%~37.5% and inner-layer 77.5%~62.5%, and bring different production processes to customers from material formulation and pipe structure.
The die adopts the spiral die body to eliminate the weld trace.
Air pumping unit with variable frequency control can accelerate the cooling speed of the inner wall of the pipe and reduce the cooling length.
The production requirements of OD Ø3150-Ø800 PN0.6~ PN1.6 pipes can be met.
Tank Body
Vacuum tank adopts 2+8M program, 2m and 8m tank body can be fast electric connected and separated, it is convenient to observe the quality of the pipe before forming, and reduce the waste of the material.
Vacuum part adopts double-cavity structure,rapid molding of pipe to improve the cooling efficiency.
Hauling
Equip with caterpillar haul-off unit, pipe diameter in hauling range 315-800 mm
The haul-off unit adopts servo control, wide speed adjusting range, which ensures low rotation speed stability and sufficient torque output.
Caterpillar hauling together,one-pull and multiple-driving program specially developed by Liansu,ensures 8 servo motors synchronous output.
Pre-hauling device,reducer the preparation and labor intensity of workers.
Cutting
Equip with swarfless cutter,imported double hydraulic blade feeding system, cutting range ODØ280-Ø800,the maximum thickness is up to 80 mm.
Smooth cutting surface,no flanging, no dust and swarfless,environment protecting production.
V type clamping, it only needs electric adjustment when replace the specification, reduces the labor intensity and provides efficiency.
Innovative conductive ring and carbon brush to ensure close contact and reduce the number of maintenance.
Electric adjusting pipe support frame,can adjust the height easily and improve the efficiency.

The cutting thickness of this series swarfless cutting machine has exceeded 100 mm, and the maximum cutting diameter is up to 1600 mm.
